Cakes & Bakes Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
   1. The Cakes & Bakes Loyalty Program is valid only at the specified location written on the loyalty card upon issuance.
   2. When receiving the loyalty card, our front staff will record the store location and the issue date. This card can only be used at that specific store.
   3. The loyalty card is non-transferable and must be presented at the time of purchase to collect stamps and redeem rewards.
2. Earning Stamps
   1. You will earn one stamp for each purchase of £20 or more at the designated store.
   2. Purchases below £20 do not qualify for a stamp.
   3. Stamps cannot be earned on discounted items, promotions, or gift card purchases.
   4. You must present your loyalty card at the time of purchase to receive a stamp. Stamps will not be issued retroactively for previous purchases.
3. Redeeming Rewards
   1. On your 5th purchase of £20 or more, you will receive 10% off your total bill and a free cupcake.
   2. On your 10th purchase of £20 or more, you will receive 25% off your total bill and a free cupcake.
   3. The free cupcake reward is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.
   4. To redeem rewards, you must present your stamped loyalty card at the time of purchase.
4. Card Usage
   1. The loyalty card can only be used at the specific Cakes & Bakes location noted on the card.
   2. The cardholder is responsible for keeping the card safe. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and any accumulated stamps will be forfeited.
   3. The loyalty card is valid for a single customer and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or loyalty cards.
5. Offer Revocation
   1. Cakes & Bakes reserves the right to revoke or modify the loyalty program at any time, without prior notice.
   2. Any changes to the program, including termination, will be communicated via in-store notices.
   3. The loyalty program is currently only available in-store and not applicable for online or delivery purchases.
6. Limitations and Liability
   1. The loyalty program is for individual customers only and cannot be used for business or bulk purchases.
   2. Cakes & Bakes is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that prevent customers from earning stamps or redeeming rewards.
   3. Cakes & Bakes reserves the right to refuse loyalty card benefits if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
